(NTS) has not only achieved significant savings compared to bulk hypochlorite usage, but also increased the production output by more than 7%, or 40 MW at one of Puerto Rico’s main suppliers of energy, the 590 MW Palo Seco Power Plant. Since the 2010 installation of a MIOX system, the Plant has experienced significant improvements in water quality and energy efficiency resulting in dramatic savings in water, chemical and energy usage.

ONIKO Installs MIOX On-Site Disinfection System in the Ukrainian City of KolomJune 07 2012
