Small Series: S-40, S-80, Dual S-80

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The MIOX Small Series of systems consists of automated units appropriate for smaller water supplies or well sites. The control panel is mounted on the wall with the electrolytic cell, water manifold, brine pump and filter. The brine tank, oxidant tank, and water softener stand alone and are sized base on the water system requirements. The system can be wired for a remote alarm and also has the capability for remote display.

The oX-Cell™ produces mixed-oxidant solution for water disinfection at improved efficiencies. A “plug and play” cell design allows for easy retrofit into the existing S-80 platform with minor plumbing changes. Improved chlorine production, lower salt and energy consumption and an enhanced control scheme are just a few of the benefits of this new cell design.

SYSTEM / SITE MATCH
These systems are particularly relevant for sites experiencing issues with biofilm, chlorine residual maintenance, disinfection by-product formation, or taste and odor.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
MIOX’s mid-size mixed-oxidant models are fully enclosed in corrosion-resistant HDPE cabinets, protecting both the operator and the equipment. Modularity means that the system can be easily expanded within the same footprint by adding more cells in the cabinet (up to 5 cells per cabinet). The systems operate with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 controls.

Large Capacity RIO Grande

The RIO Grande™ on-site generator offers large capacity treatment of water, wastewater, and industrial treatment applications for flows of 50 MGD (200,000m3) and higher. Superior cell design offers better salt and power efficiencies, reduced maintenance, and maximum flexibility. The electrolytic cell, power supply, and system controls are fully enclosed in a metal frame and the unit operates with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 controls.  Switching from a hypochlorite generator to a mixed oxidant generator is easy by simply changing out the cells, offering the user the ability to optimize water chemistry at a minimal cost.
