Anthony Picozzi
Senior VP of Sales
Anthony has over 20 years of water and waste water industry expertise. In addition to experience as a manufacturer’s representative and as a contractor, he was a VP with US Filter focusing on National Accounts including CH2M Hill, one of the largest water and waste water engineering firms in the world. He joins us from Siemens where he was responsible for all Municipal Sales in North America including all disinfection equipment. Anthony has a track record of success and brings to MIOX a strong network of professional and industry relationships.

Randy Otts
Southeast Regional Sales Manager
Randy joined MIOX as Regional Sales Manager in 2007, supporting MIOX representatives and distributors in the Southeast region of the U.S. Randy has over 15 years of chemical feed and disinfection equipment sales and service in the water and wastewater industry. He spent his first 10 years in the industry with a local sales and service company in Louisiana and Mississippi. He held roles in field service, customer service, project management, local outside sales, and sales management. For five years prior to joining MIOX, he worked for Siemens Water Technologies Corporation, in both the Chemical Feed & Disinfection Group and Municipal Equipment Group.

John Deogracias
Western Sales Manager
John has served as Regional Sales Manager since September 2008, managing our representatives in the western US. Prior to joining MIOX, John held the position of west regional municipal business developer for Siemens Water Technologies. He has worked for Veolia Water, United Water, consulting engineering firm Robert E. Curry & Associates, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Evansville and an M.B.A. from Anderson University. He also obtained his Class II Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator License in the State of Indiana.

Steve Garcia
Territory Sales Manager
Since October 2009, Steve has been a MIOX Territory Sales Manager, managing our manufacturer's representatives for New Mexico and Colorado. Prior to assuming the sales position, Steve managed the MIOX service department for the past two years. Before joining the MIOX team, Steve held positions of District Sales Manager and Service Manager for a large textile corporation over the last thirteen years.

Robert Newton
VP of Industrial Markets
Robert joined MIOX in November 2008 with twenty-five years of experience in various positions of management, strategic marketing, sales management, business development, sales, process engineering, project management and R&D. A significant portion of his professional career has been spent in the water treatment sector in both the municipal and industrial markets, including senior management roles at Siemens Water Technologies, USFilter, Wheelabrator Water Technologies and Westates Carbon. Robert earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia.

Chris Traylor
Global Director of Institutional Sales
Chris joined MIOX from investor Flywheel Ventures to head the Company’s Business Development efforts. While at Flywheel, where he joined alongside the inaugural fundraise, his responsibilities included building many of the Firm’s operational practices, managing the investment pipeline, structuring equity investments, and participating on the Boards of portfolio companies. Previous to his work in the venture capital industry, Chris began his entrepreneurial career with Pumping Solutions, Inc. (“PSI”), an advanced energy technology start-up. Joining PSI during the development of the Company’s first product, he managed a variety of initial sales, product strategy and new market development efforts. PSI was acquired by Smith International (NYSE: SII) of Houston, TX. Before PSI, Chris spent time as a professional athlete with the Seattle Mariners organization and previously competed in major collegiate athletics in the Big XII Conference. Mr.Traylor holds a B.S./B.A. in Management with a concentration in Finance from Kansas State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico with concentrations in Management of Technology and Investment Finance.

Tom Muilenberg
Business Director - Power/Heavy Industry Tom joined MIOX with 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry. He started in 1993 with General Filter Company, which in the following years became part of Siemens Water Technologies through a variety of acquisitions. Over the years, he has held a variety of sales management roles, most recently as Technical Sales Manager for the south central part of the U.S. Tom has a wide variety of product and process experience including conventional physical chemical and membrane products. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Beth Kennedy
Manager, Marketing Communications
Beth has spent 13 years in the water and wastewater industry, joining MIOX in June 2008 from Severn Trent Services, where she developed, implemented and directed a comprehensive marketing communications strategy. With a strong focus on electronic marketing and public relations, Beth has launched multiple Web sites, initiated electronic marketing campaigns and newsletters, developed strategic messaging campaigns, ad campaigns and designs, videos, webinars, collateral and sales literature. Beth has a B.A. in English from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA.
