Craig Beckman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Craig joined MIOX as EVP, Business Development, in August 2011. Prior to MIOX, he was the Vice President of Global Commercial Development at GE Water. Craig's twenty years of water industry experience includes roles in application engineering, marketing, sales, and sales management at membrane filtration company Osmonics and GE Water. His extensive global market experience includes food and beverage; pharmaceutical; power; municipal; biogen; oil and gas; and microelectronics.
Craig holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. |

Kyle Lee
Chief Operating Officer
Kyle joined MIOX in late 2006, coming from Intel Corporation where he spent nine years in manufacturing roles. Prior to Intel, he was a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Alex, Brown & Sons, participating in IPO, merger and acquisitions, private equity placements and business valuation projects in the insurance industry.
Kyle has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University in quantitative economics, and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. |

Justin Sanchez
Chief Technical Officer
Justin has been with MIOX since early 2006. As Director of Operations at Advent Solar, he transformed a pilot line manufacturing facility from an empty room to first customer shipments. Prior to Advent, Justin spent over seven years at Intel in multiple engineering and manufacturing positions. He also worked as Chief Engineer for energy industry startup company Qynergy.
Justin has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including a BS and MS in Materials Science and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management. He was a participant in MIT’s Leaders for Manufacturing Program. |

Richard Lampasi
Director of Finance
Rich joined MIOX Corporation in late 2006. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, banking, the brokerage industry and higher education. His background includes positions with Merrill Lynch, the Northern Trust Company and the University of New Mexico.
Rich has a Masters degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from St. John’s University in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |

Cem ("Gem") Candir
VP Sales & Marketing
Cem joins MIOX corporation from GE Power & Water where he was the director of production, sales and inventory, also responsible for business development of contract manufacturing of chemicals. During his eight years at GE Power & Water, he also held progressively responsible commercial finance and operational excellence (Lean Black Belt) roles. Prior to GE, he worked at Boston Scientific and Procter & Gamble in sales, marketing and product management.
Cem holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey and an MBA with dual concentration in Marketing and Strategic Management from University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. |
